Remember “The Birds and the Bees” conversation?
(Hint: Basically pocket change compared to splitting custody of the air fryer.)
Awkward.
Probably shorter than it needed to be….
Or maybe it never happened at all.
It mattered—but the one a lot of us missed was the talk about how to have a healthy relationship— and what to avoid at all costs.
This 90-minute course is that talk.
Patterns you’ll never unsee.
Tools you’ll actually use.
More About the Talk You Wish You’d Gotten Sooner

If any of these ring a bell, you belong here:
Your relationship feels like a never-ending “what just happened?” loop.
You’ve been called “abusive” (or wondered if you are) and need clarity.
You don’t see yourself as a victim, but you know something isn’t right.
You’re in a helping role but secretly avoid DV topics.
Even one “yep”? This course is for you.
-
Yep! I unlocked the introduction to Module Two so you can get a feel for my style and see if it resonates with you.
A little sneak peek before you dive in.
-
The course is $350. I know that’s not a small amount. I want to encourage you to think of this as an investment in learning how to trust yourself again, respect yourself again, and love yourself enough to decipher what you’ve been carrying for too long that was never yours in the first place.
For many, this course becomes a turning point—a way of saying, “I mean business about changing these patterns.” For others, it’s dipping their toes into scary waters that they aren’t ready or able to talk about in therapy.
While the cost is significant, it’s still far less than a month of individual or couples therapy, or the years of exhaustion and stress that come from living with blinders on.
Think of it as tuition for the most important education you’ll ever receive: clarity about your relationships (with yourself, others and the world around you), your boundaries, and your worth.
I believe this is education that can change the course of your life—and in some cases, even save it.

Please do!
This comprehensive course was specifically designed to be easily digested by anyone who seeks to gain a deeper understanding of the cycle of violence and how to effectively recognize, and ultimately stop issues of power and control in a wide variety of different contexts.
If you aren’t taking it for CEU’s then you just don’t need to take the test at the end.
-
It might—but you’ll want to double-check with your state board. Some states only accept CEUs produced by clinicians within the state, or by specific accrediting bodies (like NBCC).
This course is provided under the umbrella of Northwest Family Life (NWFL). NWFL has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 3600. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. NWFL is solely responsible for all aspects of these programs.

The full course in terms of video time is 1.5 hours. If you fill out the Me Sheets, that is an amount of time that is totally up to you and how much you put into the questions.
It is worth 4 ceu’s becuase that is about how long it takes with reading, breaks, and working with the “Me Sheets.”
