In my private practice, my work centers around helping people understand how their patterns formed, how they function now, and how to work with them without constant bracing, over-managing, or self-correction. The focus isnโ€™t on fixing or optimizing yourself, itโ€™s on building internal steadiness, clearer orientation, and access to way more options of how to respond with self-respect (and respect for others) in real time.

Iโ€™m a licensed therapist and educator with 14 years of experience working in trauma-informed, relational settings. For six years, I worked as a Washington State Certified Domestic Violence Treatment Provider, supporting individuals who volunteered, or were court-ordered, to participate in intensive accountability-based program. That work gave me a deep, practical understanding of how to work with relational harm, how power and control operate beneath the surface, and what meaningful change actually requires for both/all parties involved in these types of dynamics.

Iโ€™m also trained in EMDR and Lifespan Integration. They are both gentle, body-informed trauma modalities that inform how I think about memory, processing the past, nervous system regulation, and long-term pattern change. Together, these experiences allow me to speak about relational harm with nuance, clarity, and accountability, without collapsing into blame or oversimplification.

My approach is relational, precise, and dignity-centric. I focus on helping people notice their patterns as theyโ€™re happening (not days, weeks or years later in hindsight) and to respond with more aligned, intentional thoughts, words and actions instead of default-mode reflexes and reactions.

As a therapist, Iโ€™ve seen how many people are genuinely motivated to do meaningful self-work, and how often access, timing, or uncertainty gets in the way just as insight begins to stir.

My therapy practice is currently full, and my teaching work is a natural expansion of that path. Itโ€™s my way of sharing the same frameworks, language, and pattern-level clarity in a form people can engage with more easily and on their own terms.

Not everyone can enter the one-to-one space when growth starts asking for attention, but that doesnโ€™t mean the work can wait. The courses I created are designed to support orientation, confidence, and depth as people learn how to go further with themselves.

Join me in New Territory, where the heart of my clinical work is shared more widely through education, in service of access, clarity, and steadier self-trust.
